If your ISP is a big one, you may already have a free 'anonymizer' working for you.
If your ISP does not have this service (or you don't trust it) there are alternatives, e.g.
IDzap,
Anonymizer,
Lucent Personalized Web Assistant,
Webcache,
Proxy Kren,
and many others.
These programs strip out IP addresses and other information that could compromise your identity.

Download PGP and generate
a key-pair. Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is a military grade cryptographic program.
It allows you to enciper and sign messages, and verify other users' signatures. Just
because you're anonymous, doesn't mean you can't do business.
